    On the basis of a complete leather manufacturing system including tanning, leather shoes, sports shoes, fur and leather clothes, leather chemistry engineering, leather machine and leather inventory divisions, firms, institutions, research agencies and individuals in Haining organized a social-economic group. As a tie between local government and leather companies, HLIA not only provides authorities necessity assistance in leather industry public planning and management if asked, but also protects the legal interests of our members.
